Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and sealed items.

Non-Returnable Items: Used products, soaps, serums, and personal-care products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged / Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
